We offer our customers good quality Porcelain Square Threaded Tubes which are used for making RESISTORS,
Wire is wounded through these threads upon its entire length. These Porcelain Square threaded tube are of high dimensional accuracy and provide as excellent insulator for resistors.
Size : We are currently manufacturing Square tube with Threads - 35, 45, 51, 59, 64, 68, 72, 79, 85 & 100 over its constant length.
We also Manufacture Special STAR Shaped Threaded tubes used for resistors. It has threads on all its 4 arms over which windings are done.
We manufacture for our clients good quality Ignition Tubes. These Ignition tubes are used widely in Ignition devices of Combustion machines. These Ignition tubes provide Insulation at High temperature. These Tubes can be manufactured in glazed type and non glazed type. These Tubes are straight hence enabling in proper working.
We provide Ignition tubes in various sizes and also in special sizes as per customers requirement.

We manufacture Ceramic Collar Tubes which are of good quality which are Crack free. These Collar Tubes are used in industrial furnaces for passing or taking out Electrical Terminals. It acts as a casing for Terminals and helps in insulating the body of furnace from electric current.
These tube are made from good quality raw material making them strong and temperature resistant.
Size : Diameter : 12mm Outer Dia to 65mm Outer dia Length : up to 450mm long.
Thermocouple assembly is used for measuring unknown temperature of bodies in this case industrial furnaces or Industrial Ovens. Thermocouple consists of 2 different types of metals joined to form 2 junctions. One junction is exposed to heat of the furnace with help of Ceramic one end closed tube and other junction is connected to the sensor where temperatures are calculated.
Ceramic One end closed tube holds the junction of the thermocouple which is exposed to high temperature and also acts as insulator between thermocouple and furnace body. These Thermocouple tubes are made up of good quality raw material having high alumina content enable it to work at very high temperature. These ceramic tube have high thermal conductivity hence helping in more accurate results of Thermocouple.
Size :We manufacture Tubes of 12mm Outer Diameter to 30mm outer diameter till 600mm long in length. Special sizes can be made as per requirement.
