Rubber lubricant is a water- soluble non-cure, & non-hard film, pasty product. It gives more lubricity than other products like soap, suds and kerosene on rubber or elastomeric elements after evaporation. It also improves the productivity of automated assembly machine. Rubber lubricant reduces the standing and sliding fraction. Rubber lubricant prevents the installation damage to the sealing device, e.g. galling, cutting, nicking, roll over or tearing etc; Rubber lubricant does not react with rubber parts, and metal parts. It also not swells the rubber parts, thus it not degrades the physical properties of the rubber. Rubber lubricant acts as corrosion inhibitor for metal parts so it helps in increasing the life of non rubber parts.
