Our offered Product range includes Lab Hydrapulper and Hollander Beater.
Lab Hydrapulper is a complete pulping unit used for marking pulp from secondary fiber waste paper, on lab scale. It can also be used for mechno-chemical pulping. It has 30 liters capacity and can be also made available in 10 & 20 liters capacity, if required. The tub made of stainless steel, is provided with lid to fit tightly on the tub. There is an outer cover on the tub to make an access to the heaters and their connections. Four Heaters of 500 W each are fitted in the double wall annular space of the tub with glass wool as heat insulation to provide the heating controlled through thermostat. The Helicon Turbine fitted inside the tub is driven through V-Belt by the 5 HP motor at 500 RPM, for the desired time duration to form the pulp, at around 80 0C. The pulp samples can be checked by opening the top lid at intervals to ascertain its readiness.
