Working : The Heatless Air Dryer Offered by us comes with three stage pre filtration system i.e. Pre Filter, Oil Removal Filter (before the dryer) and Post Filter (after the dryer). Pre Filter removes all dust, dirt, pipe scale, rust upto 10 micron and Oil Removal Filter removes oil contents from compressed air line upto 0.05 PPM & also remove dust particles upto 0.01 micron. Thus, this prevents the dust from entering the Drying Towers as their entry into the tower would result in the desiccant getting spoilt and ineffective. This comprises of two adsorbed towers filled with desiccant. At a time one tower supplies dry air and other goes into regeneration through 3 way valves and microprocessor controller automatic cycling for towers. Heartless type air dryer pressure dew point is – 40 oC and -70oC (water content 0.0028 g/m3) and the quality of air is 1+. The post filter ensures that desiccant dust, if any, generated due to attrition is prevented form carry over.

The cooling of the air is effected in two stages. The first stage consists of an airair heat exchanger in which the incoming air is precooked by the outgoing air. In the second stage, the air is further cooled to the -23 deg.c dew point atmospheric by the refrigerant ( r 134 a r22 ).
