We are offering heatless air dryer. The heatless air dryer offered by us comes with three stage prefiltration system - pre filter, oil removal filter (before the dryr) and post filter ( after the dryer). pre filter removes all dust, dirt, pipescale, rust upto 10 micron and oil removal filter removes oil contents from compressed air line upto 0.05 ppm & also remove dust particles upto 0.01 micron and is thus prevented form entering the drying towers. their entry into the tower would result in the desiccant getting spoilt and ineffective. This is the most simple and easy to maintain system. this comprises of two adsorbed towers filled with desiccant. at a time one tower supplies dry air and other goes into regeneration through 3 way valves and microprocessor controller automatic cycling for towers. heartless type air dryer pressure dew point is -70 deg.c ( water content 0.0028 gm3) and the quality of air is 1+. The postfilter ensures that desiccant dust, if any, generated due to attrition is prevented form carry over. applications
