All door leafs shall be 50/65/70 mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90, zero spangle to B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets and solid core construction of compressed mineral wool infill 100k.g./m3 density filled in between reinforcing stiffners and 2mm lead sheets, 3mm acoustic sheet. Door leafs shall be rebated on 3 sides. Doors shall achieve sound reduction index varying from 35db to 45db at 4KHz octave brand.

* FramesSteel frames shall be 1.5/2/3 mm thick galvanized commercial grade seel G90 to B.S.1245 with mitered, welded corners ground to a smooth uniform finish, wall anchors appropriate to floors and wall construction shall be provided on each jamb. All frames shall be prepared, reinforced, drilled and tapped to recieve specified mortised ironmongery. In addition, for higher acoustic rating, rubber foam glued on all four sides and heavy duty double profile screwed to on all 3 sides.

All door leafs shall be 40/45mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steeel G90, zero spangle as per B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets of hollow metal construction and honeycomb infill core insulation. Galvanized steel louvers welded with the door. Louver blades shall overlap obstructing vision but allowing ventilation.

*FramesSteel frames shall be 1.2mm thick galvanized commercial grade steel G90 as per B.S.1245 with mitered, welded corners rounded to a smooth uniform finish, wall anchors appropriate to floors and wall construction shall be provided on each jamb. All frames shall be prepared, reinforced, drilled and tapped to received specified mortised ironmongery.
