Specifications*DOORSAll Steel door leafs shall be 40/45mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90 zero spangle to B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets of hollow metal construction and Rockwool/Honeycomb infill. Longitudinal edges shall be butt seamed, mechanically interlocked. Top and bottom of doors shall be provided with inverted recessed channels spot welded to door faces.Doors shall have 10mm clearance from finished floor level

* Frames
Steel frames shall be 1.2mm thick galvanized commercial grade steel G90 to B.S.1245 with mitered, welded corners round to a smooth uniform finish, wall anchors appropriate to floors and wall construction shall be provided on each jamb. All frames shall be prepared, reinforced, drilled and tapped to recieve specified mortised ironmongery.

* GlazingDoor glazing where applicable shall be 6mm georgean wired glass or clear glass with galvanized steel frames.

* FinishingAll steel doors and frames powder coated, color to client's approval.

*Hardware PreparationEach door and frame shall be blanked, reinforced, drilled and tapped ready to recieve mortised, templated hardware.
