These valves features a single piece full port cast stainless steel fully lugged body which is very robust in construction to cater to extreme demanding applications and ensure greater flow capacity and minimal pressure drop. Our knife edge gate valves incorporate gates made of stainless steel and other superior alloys are ground with super surface finish on both sides to assure positive shutoff. The machined and highly finished gland pockets ensure a leak proof gland packing and perfect stem seal. AYTC's high performance knife edge gate valves are available in unidirectional / bi-directional design which provides better value and performance with many standard features which others lack.

Globe Valves
Used primarily for regulating flow in a pipeline, AYTC globe valves are the top choice for oil, gas, chemical and hydropower industries because of their smooth operation and tested reliability. Globe valves have a spherical body that is internally separated by a baffle. The opening in the baffle forms the seat in which the disk (plug) is lowered into to close or shut the valve to stop the flow of fluids. The proportional relationship between the disk and the seat enables precision flow regulation. All AYTC globe valves provide leak-proof operation, resistance to harsh chemicals and environments, and extended life under frequent operation.

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly Valve
A butterfly valve is a valve which can be used for isolating or regulating flow. The closing mechanism takes the form of a disk. Operation is similar to that of a ball valve, which allows for quick shut off. Butterfly valves are generally favored because they are lower in cost to other valve designs as well as being lighter in weight, meaning less support is required. The disc is positioned in the center of the pipe, passing through the disc is a rod connected to an actuator on the outside of the valve. Rotating the actuator turns the disc either parallel or perpendicular to the flow. Unlike a ball valve, the disc is always present within the flow, therefore a pressure drop is always induced in the flow, regardless of valve position.
