The cartridge dust collector MJT is a filtration system to purify the air used to dry the solid particles in suspension. Its suitable for the extraction of potentially explosive dusts (ATEX) from painting operations. The input of the dust collector has been studied to have an optimum distribution of the fluid. The recovered material recovered discharged in a special bin installed under the hopper. The cartridge filter MJT is especially suitable for the intake of dust arising from powder coating of polyester, epoxy which may potentially cause explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
BenefitsThe cartridges are run by reading the pressure drop of the filter elements for a more efficient cleaning with a lower compressed air consumption and longer life of filter elements. Maintenance can be easily carried out thanks to special cartridge access door. The cartridge dust collector MJT has a modular design, it is easy to be handled with a fork lift and carry. Thanks to the preparation of all electrical connections, tires and quick assembly of the three components (hopper, the filter body and box) the MJT is quick to set up both inside and outside. This model also ensures a low noise level thanks to the inclusion of the fan inside the soundproof box.
