ROLLER TYPE AUTOMATIC SHOT BLASTING MACHINE
Roller Conveyor shot blasting machine is built to clean steel plates and profiles. They are mostly used for descaling, derusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring and general surface preparation prior welding, cutting, machining and burning operations.
Treated objects move through the shot blasting machine on a roller conveyor. Blasting wheels are made from wear resistant materials with sufficient power to provide efficient shot blasting.
Roller conveyor shot blasting machines robust housing is protected by wear resistant shields made from manganese steel liners.
Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the shot blasting machine in entry chamber and the exit cleaning chamber. Rotating brush and high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before it exits the blasting machine. Screw conveyors and elevator provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of the abrasive.
Designed for dry abrasive blasting where the air supply is limited or the job is small. It can be used with all common media to clean or etch metal clean masonry, etch glass and other durable surfaces.
