The design of the System Type 8801 On/Off Classic enables the easy integration of automation modules whether they are electrical/optical position feedback, pneumatic control units, an optional integrated fieldbus interface or even an explosion proof control head. The fully integrated system with valve and automation system has a compact and smooth design and IP65/67/NEMA4X protection class.
Specifications:
The 2/2-way valve for medium up to +140C is externally controlled and is pneumatically operated. It consists of a diaphragm actuator and a 2-way valve body. The diaphragm actuator moves a spindle with valve disc against a spring and switches the valve. The spindle is designed glandless with double seal. The actuator body is made out of epoxy resin.

The pneumatically operated 3/2-way valve is operated with a piston actuator. The standard actuator material is PA. For high ambient temperatures (eg external sterilization) PPS is available on request for temperatures up to 140. High flow rates are attained with the gunmetal 3-way body. The reliable selfadjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity. Various fl uidic circuit functions can be obtained by a simple exchange of the pressure and service ports. These maintenance-free and robust valves can be retro-fitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication or manual override.
Specifications:
Servo-assisted solenoid valve with diaphragm, normally closed function. Hermetic isolation of fluid from the actuator. A minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar is required to fully open the valve. Valves can be mounted or removed radially for a space-saving installation.
