This is a brand new, high quality thermometer for contact temperature measurements. It has two inputs for K-type thermocouples and can display the temperature in 0.1steps.
It can be used in HVAC trade to check air conditioners, heaters or furnaces with high precision.
It is also great for science projects, the laboratoryand whenever you need a precise measurement oftemperatures.
It comes with two 3 ft (1 m) temperature probe, these have a glass fiber insulation and work up to about 500F (260C), but any other K-type probe with miniature thermocoupleconnector can be used. To use the thermometer for temperatures above 500 degree F you would need a special thermocouple with a ceramic insulation (not included).
