Together with the development department and engineers from the machine construction and electronic sector, HEIZ CNC-Technik or the Milling and Routing Machine (High Z-S Series)developed a range of machines, which are setting new standards with regard to dimension, cost/performance ratio and stiffness as well as stability because of their geometry. Due to the new open frame construction this CNC Milling and Routing Machine (High Z-S Series) excel by virtue of the wide application range the instruments can perform. No specific CNC programming-knowledge is necessary for the operation! The user simply creates drawings, model sketches or texts in any drafting software, e.g. Corel Draw, CAD programs etc. This CNC Milling and Routing Machine (High Z-S Series) model can be easily sent to the milling machine as HPGL-file via the supplied CNC Software Win-PCNC. This CNC Milling and Routing Machine (High Z-S Series) sits on an open frame-construction and is driven by 2 X-axis motors which allow larger work pieces to pass through the cutting area.
Using a Z-axis extension, it is possible to work below the bed level of the machine. You can place the CNC machine on top of very large sections of material to be milled.
Easy to do engraving- or drilling jobs
Can work on a flat surface, with a sheet of MDF fixed to it
Skim it once and you will be able to work with a depth precision of +/-0.02 mm.
