Palm Olein is one of the most popular frying oils and also finds extensive application in manufacture of margarine, shortening, ghee, condensed milk, soaps etc. It is the liquid fraction obtained by fractionation of palm oil after crystallization at controlled temperatures. The process commences with the milling of fresh fruit bunches and includes refining activities such as degumming, bleaching, distillation and deodorization. Our fully-integrated manufacturing facility located strategically near the Malaysian port has a capacity to process 60, 000 MT. The factory employs skilled man-power and plastic technologists. The state-of-the-art machinery in the factory includes PLC controlled volumetric fillers, Blow moulding and Injection moulding machines. The products undergo stringent quality control tests like drop load test for jerry cans, quality analysis to meet international standards.
