Vibrating Table

Vibrating Table
For compaction of concrete Cubes, Cylinders & Beams.
The table deck has stops along its edges to prevent moulds from walking off the table during operation. The variable pitch pulley arrangement permits the frequency to be varied step-less between a maximum of 3600 vibrations down to 2600 vibrations per minute. A speed regulation handle is provided for increasing or decreasing the frequency. The vibrator is mounted on cushioned Steel vibrating deck. A switch is provided for starting the motor. Operation on 440 V, three phase, AC supply.

Bitumen Extractor

Bitumen Extractor
Consists of removable Aluminium rotor bowl of 1500 gm capacity with a cap mounted on vertical Shaft and enclosed in a liquid tight cast housing.This bowl, which is mounted on a vertical shaft, can be rotated by the handle or an electric motor, which is connected with the gears and shaft in a cast body. The solvent can be introduced through the hole in the cap of housing during the test. A drain is provided to collect the dissolved bitumen coming out of the rotating bowl and getting collected in the housing.
