Air tech is specialized in Bag filters of various types for different types of dust particle. considering the type of dust, gas, and temperature fabric is selected. We can offer fabric filters of polyester; polypropylene, Ryton and Nomax. The velocity is well maintained in order to allow the dust to settle down in side the bag house. The compressed air for pulsing is designed for maximun cleaning with low compressed air capacity & pressure to conserve energy.

Depending on the medium of fan and operating temperature. Impellers can be offered Pressure diecast Aluminum , Nylon & PAG( poly amide Glass fibre ), Impellers can be offered in fixed pitch and variable pitch. We can also fabricate impellers in stainless steel , M.S. & FRP . Fan casing can be manufactured out of M.S. , stainless steel , M.S.& FRP lining. Axial Fans are designed for optimum effeciency and low noise levels. Capacity ranging from 1080 m3Hr to 252000 m3Hr with static pressure upto 75 mmwc can be offered. PAG impellers are widely recommended for energy conservation over conventional heavy aluminum impellers. Wet Scrubber for fumes, mist and suspended dust eliminated using wet scrubbers. Wet scrubbers collect particulate & eliminates gaseous pollutants by direct contact with liquid. These types of collectors have the ability to handle high temperature and light dust laded gases.

There are wide range/types of scrubber. The most common scrubbers are

Cyclonic spary scrubber
Packed bed column
Depending upon the particle to be collected and gas to be absorbed the scrubber is designed. We design high efficiency scrubber with minimum maintenance, low liquid consumption and higher entrapment of mist at out let. Wet Scrubber can be constructed out of steel, stainless steel, PP-FRP, steel rubber liner etc depending upon to the gas be handled & temperature.

Cyclones are offen used for pre collector as they are efficient in removal of course dust particles from air or gas stream . The advantage of cyclone is low cost, low maintenance and low pressure drop. It is not suitable for fine dust particles. Cyclones can be offered in multistage for better efficiency. Efficiency as high as 90% down to 20 microns can be achieved .we can offer cyclones constructed out of steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

Multi Cyclone/ MultiClones

The principle working of multiclone is same cyclone . This can be constructed of steel, cast iron. They are used for course dust and efficiency is up to 90% down to 5 microns. The outer enclosure is constructed out of steel . Hopper with rotary air lock valve are provided.

Air tech undertake Dynamic Balancing of rotors & insitu balancing of rotors. Air tech is equiped with Dynamic Balancing Machine & Portable Balancing Machine. We undertake vibration analysis & condition monitoring of rotating equipments.
Balancing is done as per VDI 1940 guideline to relevent quality grade depending on the equipments.
