Air tech engineering Customs built fans from smaller to larger size can to handle air/gas volume from 1080 m3/Hr to 435000 m3/Hr and pressure ranging from 25mmwc to 3000 mmwc in single stage and 5000 mmwc in two stage .Our Fans are design for High efficiency , and Rugged in design for smooth operation and higher life span . Centrifugal fans are available in various blade profile .

Air tech engineering Fans constructed out of steel , stainless steel , PP-FRP lined, MS FRP lined, MS-Rubber lined considering type of of gas and operating temperature .Fans/Blowers are performance tested as per IS 4894, BS 848 part I The Fan impellers are statically and dynamically balanced to quality grade Q 6.3 / Q 2.5 in accordance to ISO 1940

Impellers can be offered Pressure diecast Aluminum , Nylon & PAG( poly amide Glass fibre ), Impellers can be offered in fixed pitch and variable pitch. We can also fabricate impellers in stainless steel , M.S. & FRP . Fan casing can be manufactured out of M.S. , stainless steel , M.S.& FRP lining .
Axial Fans are designed for optimum effeciency and low noise levels.
Capacity ranging from 1080 m3/Hr to 252000 m3/Hr with static pressure upto 75 mmwc can be offered.
PAG impellers are widely recommended for energy conservation over conventional heavy aluminum impellers.
Variable pitch impellers do have the flexiblity to varry the capacity by changing the blade pitch angle .
