Cyclone Separator

Cyclones are offen used for pre collector as they are efficient in removal of course dust particles from air or gas stream . The advantage of cyclone is low cost, low maintenance and low pressure drop. It is not suitable for fine dust particles. Cyclones can be offered in multistage for better efficiency. Efficiency as high as 90% down to 20 microns can be achieved .we can offer cyclones constructed out of steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

The principle working of multiclone is same cyclone . This can be constructed of steel, cast iron. They are used for course dust and efficiency is up to 90% down to 5 microns. The outer enclosure is constructed out of steel . Hopper with rotary air lock valve are provided.
