he air shower system is an auto controlled interlocking systems for entrance, such that the entry and exit doors are electronically interlocked and photoelectric sensor suited. Air shower systems are made (Constructed) from SS304, GI powder coated, EPOXY painted. The main function of the air shower is to purify the dust air, such that it used HEPA (0.3micron) and Pre filters. Disposable washable pre-filters with 90% arrestance of dust air to extend the life of the main HEPA filter. It is designed in such a way to ensure that the lowest noise and vibration level is < 60 db.
