Real Time Switches are the timers which are capable to perform on off actions at real time, they are used to switch electrical appliances like corridor lights, garden lights, street lamps, neon signs etc at preproraamed time of the day. User need not programme the unit from time to time, since the timer has built in almanac timings fixed in nonvolatile RAM. This has added advantage in Real time switch over daily dial or weekly timers. RTS has two outputs, with which user can drive contractors of different ratings. Desired output can be achieved using different combinations. Timer is provided with manual override facility. To avoid unauthorized access, optional detachable external keyboard can be provided.
