PREBOND-58 (Anti Rust Chemical)It is an ideal water-based non-acidic, non-toxic & pollution-free ready to use rust remover-cum rust preventive & surface preparation solution for rusted metal surface. It can be easily removing, converting the rust & provide greyish black colored zinc phosphate coating layer on the rusted metal surface with proper application. After its application protect the rusted metal surface from further rusting for next 20*-30* days without paint.
After application of PREBOND-58 there is not required any types of primer coating for structure painting because of after application it provides a grayish black colour zinc phosphate coating layer on rusted metal surface, which is very important coating for long-term internal corrosion protection on old painted with rusted metal surface.
It is not based on hydrochloric acid, nitric acid or sulphuric acid for rust removing application because it is poisonous and may affect metals and workers also. It is a phosphoric acid and mixture with zinc phosphate base solution with very effective rust removing & rust preventive application for rusted & old painted metal surface. Exceptionally, it is design for surface preparation on old painted with rusted metal surface & automobile part.
