  • PRODUCT DESCRIPATION:PREBOND-HR is a high-performance single-component ready-to-use high heat-resistant aluminum paint designed for high-heat, chemical fumes and corrosion resistance applications. It is formulated with silicone modified polymer and ultrafine aluminum pigment based with providing excellent protection up-to 600°C. This paint is DTM (Direct to Metal) and does not require any special techniques or primer before application.

  • No mixing errors or pot life issues making it problem-free to apply.

  • Protects metal surfaces from corrosion at continuous high temperatures up-to 600°C.

  • Provides excellent thermal insulation, reducing heat transfer and keeping surfaces cooler.

  • Additional properties of weather resistance along with water, chemical, moisture & UV resistance.

  • Suitable for various applications including chimneys, boilers, tubes, furnaces, duct collectors, pipelines,

tanks, mufflers, manifolds, exhausts, automotive silencers and heater baffles etc.
