Ammonia Cracker Unit

Cracking of Ammonia by heating (Electrically or Fuel Fired) upto 850 C to 900C temperature in presence of Nickel Catalyst. This unit produce a mixture of 75% H2 and 25% N2. One Kg. Ammonia produces 2.63 NM/HR Cracked Ammonia mixture.

Capacity:This fully automatic unit in capacities available from 1 to 200NM/HR with Dew Point From (-) 30C to (-) 80C.

Applications:This Gas is commonly used as hydrogen in Brazing / Sintering / Annealing furnace.
