Ammonia Cracker Unit

Cracking of Ammonia by heating (Electrically or Fuel Fired) upto 850° C to 900°C temperature in presence of Nickel Catalyst. This unit produce a mixture of 75% H2 and 25% N2. One Kg. Ammonia produces 2.63 NM³/HR Cracked Ammonia mixture.Capacity:This fully automatic unit in capacities available from 1 to 200NM³/HR with Dew Point From (-) 30°C to (-) 80°C.Applications:This Gas is commonly used as hydrogen in Brazing / Sintering / Annealing furnace.
