Z-blade mixers are used in a number of food and commercial adhesive applications. Ingredients are blended until the consistency is correct. The ingredient is then tipped out of the mixer and forwarded to the next step in the process.
These types of machines are available in M.S. And S.S. construction. The kneader can be tilted by means of a mechanical system or manually and for bigger models beyond 250 Kgs we provided hydraulic tilting.
Hydraulic tilting system is provided with complete power pack, electric motor, pressure valves, pipes, fittings, cylinders and hoses which makes the tilting mechanism quick, easy and simple to operate.

Pug mixer inner walls are constructed of SS or MS sheets. The mixer consists of a centre shaft of appropriate diameter and is either made of S.S or M.S materiaI. The centre shaft is fitted with specially designed agitator blades in order to provide contraflow action. Contraflow ensures constant circulation of mix/blend ingredients from one end to another to homogenise the batch.
Both the ends of the vessel are provided with stuffing boxes on the shaft. Blend ingredients are prevented from leaking and entering into bearings by the stuffing box. The shaft is supported by heavy duty pedestals. For models below 300 kgs the unit is provided with a pulley drive system along with tilting arrangement for discharge.
For models above 300 kgs the unit is provided with a gearbox drive coupled to a motor and the discharge valve provided at the bottom

ABSTERPlough Shear Mixeris designed for heavy duty blending of both dry and wet materials. Plough shape shovels mounted on a central shaft with its pointed ends are easily penetrable through the dense powder, pasty mass. The overlapping of shovels coupled with its shape and the high speed of the ploughs produces goodmixing actionand high turbulence. The arrangement of mixing tools is the result of many years of development by Abster process equipments combined with experience based on mixing trials and practical scientific work. Abster Plough Mixers are high energy, high shear, and high-speed mixers with cylindrical short aspect ratio mixing chambers. Extra shear can be achieved by adding side cutters or intensifiers. The use of high speed choppers further reduce the product particle size thus resulting in a better mix. Plough Mixers are available with 'Easy Clean' cantilevered shaft, subject to application.
