The RS68 have been updated with new featureson the units, which have improved the access to themachines, assuring cleaning is easier and less time consuming.
The RS68 sizing roller boxes are from modular construction, allowing easy modification or future retro-fitting. With the newdesign, the roller boxes are simple and fast to dismantle formaintenance purposes. The RS68can be supplied mechanicalor servo driven.
TheBR46/RS68 combination can form part of a completeA.M.P Rose hard candy forming line, or be arranged as part ofa line with the 750, ICW and Super 42HS range of cutand wrap machines.
The machines can be supplied in left-to-right or right-to-leftconfigurations, with the feed and discharge heights to suitthe Clients requirements. Adjustable feet are fitted to bothmachines for minor height adjustments and levelling.
The Rope Sizer can also be supplied as separatemachine for use in any other confectionery application.

VersatilityThe RS68 range of machines can handle many types ofconfectionery products without the need to change any parts hardcandy, toffee, chewy sweets in solid or centre-filled form can all beused to feed either cut&wrap or candy forming lines.
TheELW face cut lollipop cut and wrapmachine is designed to produce round, oval or rectangular lollipops from a candy rope, by sizing, shaping, cutting off, inserting a stick and wrapping. It is ideally suited for a candy rope with a design worked in the centre which shows attractively through the completed wrap.
The ELW face cut lollipop cut and wrapmachinecan also be supplied for cutting and wrapping without inserting a stick. It is suitable for use with high-boiled sugar or low-boiled products.
