Our offered Product range includes Tray Dryer, Fluid Bed Dryer, Filter Press Double Cone Octagon Blender Dryers and Fluidbed Dryers.
| Drying oven is fabricated of rigid angle/square pipe frame with double walled panels insulated with best quality compressed fibre glass. It is provided with a rigid door fitted with strong hinges and best choosen locking arrangement. A control panel is fixed in front of the oven to facilitate its operation. It has a large working space and is available in good matt surface finishing (in synthetic / enamel colours for non gmp). Inner walls are SS-304 / 316 as required. The Drying ovens are electrically heated and thermostatically controlled. It can be fitted with timer to facilitate working day and night. Dryers are well accepted for fast & economical drying of powders, bottles & other materials. | ||||||||||||

| A Fluid Bed Dryer with latest improvement in design makes this unit a truly versatile one for pharmaceutical, food, dyestuff, chemical and polymer industries. All contact parts are made of S.S.304/316 and are provided with isolated control panel. Due to induced draft created by specially designed heavy duty fan the atmospheric air is drawn through the 5-micron air filter. The filtered air is then heated to the required temperature by electric heaters / steam radiator. The hot air passes through the product container and through the product which as a result gets dried by air fluidization. Damper controls the air circulation. The filter bag prevents fine particles from carrying over to exhaust air steam. Selection of capacity of fluid bed dryer depends upon bulk density, drying temperature and moisture contents of wet material to be dried. | ||||||||||||||
