Rapid MixerGranulator has been designed to achieve excellent mixing with consistent granulation leads to higher productivity & faster tabletting speeds with improved quality and least rejection, & homogeneous binder distribution. Short batch time & reduced cleaning time. Lid is provided with product charging facility interlocked with main drive to ensure operator safety

Speed variable AC frequency drive for main stirrer & Granulator.
Discharge provided on either side to suit Clients requirement.
Jacketed bowl optional.

Oscillating Granulator

Oscillating Granulator
The machine is designed as per the Colton Type Oscillating Granulator and is especially suitable for wet granulation to facilitate thorough sizing of Granules with minimum fines for better tabletting.
The machine is complete in all respects and fitted with suitable motor, standard reduction gearbox and a starter. The body of the machine is L shaped fabricated structure and fitted with castor wheels for ease and mobility.
