Rapid MixerGranulator has been designed to achieve excellent mixing with consistent granulation leads to higher productivity & faster tabletting speeds with improved quality and least rejection, & homogeneous binder distribution. Short batch time & reduced cleaning time. Lid is provided with product charging facility interlocked with main drive to ensure operator safety

Optional :

	STD/GMP models with SS 304 / 316 / 316 L contact parts.
	Speed variable AC frequency drive for main stirrer & Granulator.
	Discharge provided on either side to suit Client’s requirement.
	Jacketed bowl optional.
	Pneumatic system for Opening & Closing of top lid.
	Nozzles to spray binders.
	PLC with digital CONTROL PANEL optional
