These are sturdy double walled units withouter chamber made of M.S. Sheetduly powder coated.
Inner chamber made up ofS.S.Sheet (SS-304 grade). Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height. Synthetic door gasket made of neoprene rubber is fitted to all units instead of asbestos. Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit.
To work on 220/230 volts A.C.
(A)THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED:Temperature is controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat to control temperature from 50C to 250C + 1C. an L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature.

Features:
Double walled unit mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame.
Inner and outer made up of heavy M.S. Sheet.
Outer body is hammertone painted.
Inner body is painted with high temperature aluminum paint.
Gap between two walls is filled with high-grade glass wool to minimize thermal loss.
Brackets to support the heavily laden drying trays at adjustable height are provided on the sides of inner walls.
Heating is brought about by strip type air heaters.
Temperature range from ambient to 150C.
Temperature is controlled byMicroprocessor Based PID Digital Temp. Indicator-cum-Controllerwith an accuracy of +1C.
Ventilation is provided with adjustable opening at the top to exhaust the fumes or vapours produced during processing.
Heavy duty 'V' belt driven motor of suitable capacity provides forced air circulation so as to ensure uniform heating throughout the inner chamber.
A separate control panel is fitted to the chamber with individual control for ON / OFF and air circulating fan.
