These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly powder coated.

Inner chamber made up of S.S.Sheet (SS-304 grade).
Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides.
Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height.
Synthetic door gasket made of neoprene rubber is fitted to all units instead of asbestos.
Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit.

To work on 220/230 volts A.C.

(A) THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED: Temperature is controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat to control temperature from 50°C to 250°C + 1°C. an L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature.
