The reaction vessel comes with an M.S. structure to support the vessel, agitator and gear box assembly. We also provide FRP reaction vessels for special purposes.

Technical details of reaction vessel are as follows:

•  Capacity : 50Ltrs. to 15000 Ltrs. Material of Construction : Stainless Steel 304/SS316L quality.
•  MS/SS Jackated or limpet coil for steam heating / cooling.
•  Agitator : Anchor type / Propeller type / Paddle type Pitched blade turbine type with speed homogenizer
•  Seal : Oil seal / Plain or Water cooled Stuffing Box / Single or Double Mechanical seal.
•  We can provide glass wool insulation as per the requirement.
