Spin-On Elements are disposable elements in a self-contained metal housing used for removal of contaminants from hydraulic and lubricating oils, fuels, water and air. Depending on the application, these elements are available with metric thread, screw thread or pipe thread connections. Many spin-on elements are available with built-in. anti-drain valves and bypass valves to provide safe operation under adverse conditions   Features Suitable for up to 100 GPM/element. 700 PSIG operating pressure. 3-150 micron filtration efficiency.

Plated Media Elements are ideally suited for removal of hard, granular contaminants from lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, fuels and water. These elements are made of special resin-impregnated cellulose or synthetic media, corrugated and pleated to achieve extended area for high flow rates, law pressure drop and microscopically fine filtration.   Features Covers flow rates up to 300 GPM/element. 0.25-80 micron filtration selectivity. 4200 PSIDP collapse pressure when screen supported media are used. Multi layer laminated micro-glass assures Beta 75-300 absolute ratings at high flow rates and large dirt-holding capacities.

Filtration Bags were developed as an inexpensive element with large filtration area for the removal or hard, granular contaminants such as atmospheric dust and scale from lubricating oils. Made from special blend of fibers, the flat filtration bags are available in a number of sizes designed for gravity or law pressure oil circulating systems in steel and paper mills and turbine oil conditioning systems.   Features 1-800 microns selectivity. Well-suited for either open or pressure systems in the process industry. Fast changeover. High solid capacity and efficient retention of solids in the bag for safe disposal.

Panel filters are used in a wide variety of domestic, commercial and industrial air conditioning and ventilation applications. Their ability to achieve high levels of filtering efficiency, ease of handling and space saving attributes have made them popular with end users. Customized filtration needs can be met by varying the densities, number of layers and types of media depending on air flow restrictions, air resistance efficiencies required and budget parameters. Our manufacturing capabilities include a variety of metal forming, fabricating and assembly processes. We produce air filters framed in a variety of materials including aluminum, plastic channel, galvanized, painted and stainless steel. Additional machining operations, such as notching, slotting, punching, embossing, curving and coiling can be customized, by developing tooling and dies to meet your specifications.

Radial Fine Elements are extended area, star-shaped elements developed for the removal of atmospheric dust from the air intake of compressors, blowers, and engines and for the removal of hard contaminants from hydraulic fluids, lubricating fuel oils and process fluids. Most radial fine elements are made from monofilament woven fabrics, or felt media made from natural or synthetic fibers.   Features 0.3-200 micron filtration efficiency. 100-10000F temperature range. 70-100 PSI DP collapse pressure.

Air oil separators remove compressor lubricant from the compressed air stream. The compressor lubricant is returned to the oil sump and the compressed air continues to the air receiver.  A typical oil separator reduces the lubricant entrained in the compressed air to 2-3 ppm. Under normal operating conditions an oil separators service life is 4, 000 to 6, 000 operating hours.
