Worm drive disengagement is quick and precise. An eccentric sleeve with thrust Bearing races encases the worm shaft.

Worm & center table bush made of selected steel.

Features :

The T-Slots are machined from Solid.
Equipped with two axis positioning.
Dovetailed slides have adjustable steel gibs to compensate for wear.
The surface table can swivel all round and 0 is marked to show the angular movement.
Base have bolt slots for machine mounting.

Construction :

Casting are the close Grey Iron dully stress relieved accurately machined and ground surface provide tolerance well within 0.01 MM / 100 MM.
Precision ACME feed screw is running in a hot stamped phosphor Steel Nut thrust color for smooth operation and minimum back lash.
Top surface of the table has two equally spaced cross T-Slots.

The table is set manually to the required Tilt and is locked in the set position by means of two locking clamps held through bolts.
