High accuracy, easy reading of all dias clear & functional of all operating elements, sturdy yet good looking practical design. These are widely used for circular cutting, angle cutting, boring and spot facing with a milling machine.
Works as an index center in the vertical position, as well as conventional Rotary Table, graduated 360°
Provision for fine adjustments when settings work piece.

Worm drive disengagement is quick and precise. An eccentric sleeve with thrust Bearing races encases the worm shaft.
End play in worm shaft is adjustable.
Application :
ROTARY TABLES have a sturdy design to suit many machining operations on Milling Machines including circular cutting, setting angles and indexing. They are available in a range of sizes to suit various machines and machining applications.
Construction :
The table and base is manufactured from close grain shock resisting Cast Iron dully stress relieved
Worm & center table bush made of selected steel.
Inspection :
Direct reading to 2 minute for size 6",8" and 10" on hand wheel scale.
Direct reading to 1 minute for size 12",15",18" and 20" on hand wheel scale.
ACCURACY:- Maximum error 4 minutes of circular division using hand wheels.
Table flat to within 0.01 mm / 100 mm.
Working surface rotates in its own plane to within 0.030 mm.
Horizontal and Vertical supporting surface square with 0.01mm/100 mm.
Centre bush bore is true to table axis within 0.03 mm.
Maximum parallelism error through 360° rotation of table is .025 mm .
