Construction :
  • BOD Incubator is a Triple walled robust cabinet
  • Outer casing of the BOD Incubator is made using Mild Steel with attractively finished white stove paint
  • Inner chamber is made up of Aluminium or Stainless Steel material, insulated with 75 mm thick high grade Glass Wool between the intermediate and exterior walls It is supplied with 2/3 removable shelves, so that user can easily adjust the height of the shelves according to the choice
  • A viewing unbreakable door is provided to view complete reaction inside
  • The outer door can be locked so that any unauthorized person cannot touch the sample
  • A magnetic gasket is fitted so that the door is closed properly by magnetic effect. Also, for illumination inside the chamber a door operated lamp is provided.
Temperature Control :
  • Temperature is controled by a thermostate or by a digital temp. indicator cum controller with range from 50C to 600C with accuracy of +/- 0.50C to 10C
  • Hermetically sealed SHRI RAM/KIRLOSKAR Compressor works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temp
  • Heating elements placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the sheet body
  • Cooling coils are distributed all round the chamber and lie in the air circulation path
  • Air is circulated by a double shaft self cooled, fan to keep the temp. uniform throughout the inner chamber
