Construction : - The basic unit pressure vessel and all contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 316 or 304 grades
- Various optional standard ports are provided at the top plate of the unit
- Outer shell is made of S.S. or thick Mild Steel that is ideal for heating and cooling of culture media
- Double Mechanical shaft seal is provided for agitator shaft along with a unit
- A side glass on both the sides is provided for handling inspection process
- Suitable motor with gear box is provided at the top of the plate and a Baby Boiler is also there with Fermenter
- Compressor with filter device is also present for aeration inside the culture
- Control Panel comprises of all controls provided separately with fermenter which work on line or off line control that depends on the customer requirements and we provide with unit.
