MACHINE OPERATING SYSTEMThe feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an In-feed star wheel, star wheel bringing the sealed container below the pressing plate, mean while the sealed bottle pickup a Inner Plug from the delivery chute of bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the pressing plate, where the pressing plate press Inner Plug gradually & performing perfect operation of Inner Plug pressing. The pre-filled bottle is kept manually on the conveyor belt. As the conveyor belt starts moving the bottle moves forward And pneumatic pressing device press the inner plug to the bottle tightly and bottle goes forward through conveyor belt.
