C.R.I. Regenerative Monoset pumpsets volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and sunction lift characteristics. Sealing is by means of a bellows mechanical seal made of carbon and ceramic fitted over the shaft, which is ground to close tolerance. These pumpsets are power-driven by a totally enclosed fan cooled AC induction two pole motor, suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibration free and noise free operations and increase the life of the bearings and seal. The windlings are of high – grade enameled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. A thermal cutout relay (motor protector) is incorporated in all single-phase motors. All single-phase pumpsets require a adequate starter / motor protection control panel. Non-self priming model is with end suction and radial delivery.

Brass insert provided inside the pumpset reduces wear & tear, ensure durability and prevents the pumpsets from seizing, if it is kept idle for long Period. These pumpsets are with inbuilt check valve on the sunction side and there is no need for foot valve. Pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, AC induction two pole and four pole motors suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel lamination.
Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibrations and noise free operations. Constructions of motor frame and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature raise, thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. T.O.P (Motor protector) is incorporated in single-phase motors. Three-phase pumpsets require an adequate motor protection control panel.

C.R.I. Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump Set are axial sunction and vertical radial delivery with theraded ports. The impellers, diffusers and shaft of these pumps are made of stainless steel and designed to deliver the best possible hydraulic efficiency. This pumpsets is a non-self priming horizontal centrifugal pumpsets with mechanical shaft seal and sealing is by means of a bellow mechanical seal.
These Pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, AC induction motor, suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. Dyanmically balanced rotor ensures vibration free and noise free operations. Shaft is made of quality stainless steel, precision ground of ample size for transmitting the rated horsepower. All single-phase pumpsets are incroporated with TOP. These pumpsets require a adequate starter/motor protection control panel.
