The APE Vibro Sifter machine works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. According to the size of the particles, the material is separated. A colloidal mill is used to break down a mixture that contains Suspended solid particles to make a homogeneous mixture. The liquid containing Solid particles is put into the hopper. A suspension or liquid passes through the moving part (Rotor) and Non-Moving (Stator), which causes a high shearing force between the two narrow gaps. In a APE- Fluid Bed Dryer, to dry the materials a perforated bed of moist solid particles is passed through by hot, high-pressure air. Particles start to suspend in the air because hot air travels at a speed greater than their speed of settling. The moisture content of solid particles decreases when the moist particle suspends in heated air to produce the appropriate loss on drying (LOD). Away from the moist solid particles, the vaporized liquid is carried by the drying vapors. In some cases, the leaving gas is recycled to conserve energy. APE-Rapid mixture granulator works on agitation and tumbling. The impeller is responsible for uniformly mixing wet granules, and the chopper helps in breaking or reducing particle size. At the starting process or during binder addition, the impeller and chopper generally operate at low speed. Then after the formation of wet mass, they are operated at high speed to make the desired granule size. Dry mixing is done at high speed after adding all dispensed materials into RMG. During batch validation, all the dry and wet mixing time parameters are set and applied in the batch manufacturing records (BMR). All the parameters are set differently for every product, although it takes 3-5 minutes to mix the dry granules and 5-10 minutes for wet mixing to get the desired 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm sized granules. The operation of a vacuum drying oven involves substantially lowering the ambient pressure to decrease the boiling point of the liquid in the substance via the use of a vacuum pump. Air Tray Dryer is based on the process of convection drying. Hot air is used in convection drying to evaporate moisture from the object being dried.
