Octagonal Blenders

APE- Octagonal Blender is useful for Dry Mixing / Lubrication of the powder in Tablets, Capsules, Dry-Syrups etc. Sections. The design of the Blender with the central rectangular portion, top and bottom Polygonal Frustums’ and removable central baffles ensure efficient mixing of product. Charging of product is by Bins or Under Vacuum as per customer’s requirement. Both the operating speed and the power usage is less.
Drive Unit provided with standard motor, heavy duty gear box and chain sprocket arrangement for jerk free, smooth movement. Safety guard is provided with limit switch so that Blender cannot be operated without closing it. For Bin Charging universal joint with wheel for opening / closing the Butterfly Valve is provided to ensure dust free charging. Internal Parts are mirror finished while external are matt finished as per customer’s requirements.
