SEMI AUTOMATIC VISCOUS CREAM FILLING MACHINE

Semi Automatic liquid filling machine

Highly suitable for filling lesser viscous liquids like shampoo, oil, lotion, syrup, low viscous chemical liquids etc
Product contact points are made of SS 304 / SS 316 as per customer preference
Speed of the machine is up to 15 pcs / min / nozzle which depend upon the type of the liquid, shape of the container and size of the mouth.
The number of nozzles may be increased for an automatic line
Variable filling ranges from 10 ml to 2000 ml Change parts applicable
Option of single head, double head and four heads
Complete plastic contact parts to fill acid based liquids
