SEMI AUTOMATIC VISCOUS CREAM FILLING MACHINE

• Highly suits to fill viscous products like Cream,gel, jam, pisti, grease, paste etc
• The machine run at a speed up to 15 pcs per min / nozzle
• Adjustable filling range and speed
• Product contact points are of SS 304/ SS 316 matching to cGMP standards
• Optional Stirrer attachment provided for products

Semi Automatic liquid filling machine

• Highly suitable for filling lesser viscous liquids like shampoo, oil, lotion, syrup, low viscous chemical liquids etc
• Product contact points are made of SS 304 / SS 316 as per customer preference
• Speed of the machine is up to 15 pcs / min / nozzle which depend upon the type of the liquid, shape of the container and size of the mouth.
• The number of nozzles may be increased for an automatic line
• Variable filling ranges from 10 ml to 2000 ml Change parts applicable
• Option of single head, double head and four heads
• Complete plastic contact parts to fill acid based liquids
