The formulation of Mahabhringraj contains primarily Bhringraj (Ecliptaprostrata) and 11 other herbs and milk.Bhringraj being the major component of oil is known for its beneficial effects for hair growth. Bhringraj is medicinally used for various aliments in Ayurveda possess Hepatoprotective, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, immuno-modulatory, antiviral and promoter for blackening and growth of hair.

Bhringraj is a plethora of herbal nutrients like Alkaloids,Triterpenene like saponin,eclalbatin which has been found more effective to promote hair growth than many other chemical based options available in the market.
