BAG POLY INTERNATIONAL, Multilayer Cross Laminated Fumigation Cover, CAP Covers / Cover Tops / Tarpaulin are widely used for the storage of food grains as wheat ,Rice and Paddy . BAG POLY INTERNATIONAL Item/Products are used by Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation, Chhatisgarh State Warehousing Corporation , Food Corporation of India , PUNSUP, PUNGRAIN ,HAIC, HAFED, CONFED ,CADA ,CSIDC and the others agencies along with other State Warehousing agencies. Cover are basically used for the outdoor storage of food grains and a best waterproofing and fumigation purpose, Bag Poly International LDPE Tarpaulins are widely accepted as best for Covers, Fumigation Cover, Horticulture Sectors and Disaster Management utilities for Temporary Shelters , Coverage of Public Transports , Railway Wagons and many more.
Bag Poly Fumigation Covers conforming to IS:14611-1998 with latest amendment manufactured from heavy duty Raw Material (Plastics Granules) having two funnels on each length side and one funnels on each width side .The funnel is in cylindrical tube with size 30x20 cm. length and diameter respectively.Length side funnels fixed at a distance of 90 cm. from the top joints and welded both from inside and outside also. The Ultrasonic eyelets to be provided at a distance of about 2.0 mtrs. From each other and at a height of about 3 cms. from the bottom edge.
Each cover have only two seams/joints one at the corner running from top to bottom and the other joint all round at the top to give the cover a rectangular shape.the joints of the film in all cases overlapped by 6.35 cms.(2.5 Inches) wide and seams flat (Lap) Joined & heat sealed to each other with two sealing bands at a distance of 10 MM between them.The bottom edge folded 50 MM and be hemmed by heat sealing with two sealing bands with distance of 10 MM between them. The film is uniform in colour, texture and finish and free from pin holes, undispersed raw material , streaks and particle of foreign matter and no any visible defect as tears and blisters.
