After hologram glass master shouted by laser beam sensitive glass by 2D/3D master shooting system(or, have dot-matrix hologram recombined into big size on some plastic film) and had one sliver layer on the surface of the glass after slivering process, we have to put the hologram glass master into soft electronic forming tank to produce Hologram Technology Master origination which image is negative to final hologram sticker. After 70-90 minutes electronic forming, we'll get one hologram shim copy which is called nickel Hologram Technology Master origination(mother master) from the surface of glass master. Then we put the nickel Hologram Technology Master origination into another tank, hard electronic forming tank which can duplicate another piece positive operation hologram shim which is a little bit harder than soft shim for hard embossing and soft embossing. Small tank is for duplicating small master which is used to emboss hologram sticker and big tank is duplicating big master which is used to produce hologram film.

Narrow web hard hologram embosser is designed for producing 160MM width hologram products, such as hologram labels, narrow web hologram film, hologram aluminum foil, etc.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Construction Concept-Our machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine. This machine is an efficient converter, which handle web material or substrates like BOPP, Polyester, Paper, Cellophane, PVC, Aluminum Foil and other allied materials from 10 microns to 120-micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy M.S. body to avoid the vibration.

Surface Coating Unit - There is one coating unit consisting of one roller (adhesive pickup roller) one rubber roller (pressure roller) . There is one doctor blade attachment complete with reduction gearbox and fine setting of ink for printing and lacquer coating. One adhesive tray will be provided with up and down adjustment. One dancing roll will also be provided to take care of any uneven feeding or gauge variation. Two Unwinding station having Pneumatic operated air shaft with cantilever type with mechanical spring tension brake, guided with Pnumo hydraulic edge control system for feeding adjustment etc.

Drying Chamber- M.S. roller with hard chromed drive roller with double bearing provided for smooth and scratch less running of the film driven with timing belts through out the chamber. Consists of aluminum rollers, One Side Window to inspect the film and 3 thick glass wool to prevent the heat outgoing. 1 HP AC KIRLOSKAR MAKE blowers on heating zones will be provided. The hot air from heating box is uniformly blown at different position ensuring the equal airflow on the film. The total length of Drying Chamber 25 feet.

Lamination Winding Unit -Lamination unit consist of one steel roller, rubber roller for pressure, idler roller, center winding with one shaft with cones, slipping clutch.

Hologram Technology Master Shooting System:

Master shooting System has two type. One is 2D/3D mater shooting System, another is Dot-matrix master shooting System.


2D/3D master shooting System:

There're two type of 2D/3D master shooting. One way is to shoot master by H1 glass to make hologram text or image in background. Another way is to shoot master by hologram image maker facility directly.To shoot master by hologram image maker facility directly, all forground image and background image can be shooted in same way(no need to make H1 glass for background first). It's much easily way than to make background by H1 glass. Master shooted by hologram image maker facility also is much shining and clean without noise wrinkle than the master shooted in another way, especially, on big rainbow area. To shoot master by hologram image maker facility, we need automatic position localization equipment to locate record glass position precisely. To shoot master by H1 for background, we have to control position platform manully.


Two different 2D/3D master shooting, we need two different position localization equipment, one is manul positioning equipment , another is automatic positioning equipment.
