Construction Concept - Our machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine. This machine is an efficient converter, which handle web material or substrates like BOPP, Polyester, Paper, Cellophane, PVC, Aluminum Foil and other allied materials from 10 microns to 120-micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy M.S. body to avoid the vibration.

Surface Coating Unit - There is one coating unit consisting of one roller (adhesive pickup roller) one rubber roller (pressure roller) . There is one doctor blade attachment complete with reduction gearbox and fine setting of ink for printing and lacquer coating. One adhesive tray will be provided with up and down adjustment. One dancing roll will also be provided to take care of any uneven feeding or gauge variation. Two Unwinding station having Pneumatic operated air shaft with cantilever type with mechanical spring tension brake, guided with Pnumo hydraulic edge control system for feeding adjustment etc.

Drying Chamber - M.S. roller with hard chromed drive roller with double bearing provided for smooth and scratch less running of the film driven with timing belts through out the chamber. Consists of aluminum rollers, One Side Window to inspect the film and 3” thick glass wool to prevent the heat outgoing. 1 HP AC KIRLOSKAR MAKE blowers on heating zones will be provided. The hot air from heating box is uniformly blown at different position ensuring the equal airflow on the film. The total length of Drying Chamber 25 feet.

Lamination Winding Unit - Lamination unit consist of one steel roller, rubber roller for pressure, idler roller, center winding with one shaft with cones, slipping clutch.

Basement - Heavy-duty basement will be provided to avoid the vibration.

Control Board - Control board having digital temperature indicator, DC motor control for unwind and rewind, web guide starters and blower start and all other standard accessories.
