BAKER is a solutions provider for linear dimensional measuring needs of the engineering and metal working industry. We manufacture a wide range of products including precision hand-held measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial gauges etc.), thread gauges and multi gauging solutions driven by air-electronic systems and computer softwares.
Today, with more than five decades of experience in the manufacture of various types of gauges, BAKER is ranked no.1 manufacturer of Gauges and Precision Measuring Instruments in India.
Both of our divisions (i.e. BMI division & HIP division) are certified to ISO 9001 – 2008 Quality Management Systems. Both divisions have independent calibration laboratory which together cover a volume of around 200 cubic meters of precisely controlled environment. Both laboratories are accredited as per ISO/IEC 17025 by NABL, India (National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories).
Having a state-of-the-art infrastructure, that consists of the latest CNC and special purpose machines, a modern surface treatment plant, complete in-house heat treatment facilities and above all, our biggest asset, Experienced Personnel, has given us an edge required for producing high quality reliable products, consistently year on year.
