Green Panelmax Plain MDF is a high-strength panel made from wood or lignocellulosic material which is refined into fibres and then reconstituted with a resin binder at elevated temperatures to form panels which can be used for construction of interiors and furniture, among various other applications. Being manufactured from 100% agro-forestry timber, it is also eco-friendly and an ideal substitute for solid timber and other non eco-friendly panels.
Green Panelmax Plain MDF is available in :
Grades:
Grade I (Exterior grade) boards are made with special melamine formaldehyde formulated resins which make them ideal for use in water and moisture prone areas.
Grade II (Interior grade) boards can be used in the construction of all types of interiors and furniture.
Thicknesses: 2.3mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5.5mm, 8mm, 11mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 25mm, 30mm and 35mm.
Sizes: 8X6; 8X4; 7X6; 7X4 6X 4 and 6X 3.
We also concentrate on all types of turnkey projects (material supply and fabrication) for commercial and re sidential and can supply the material on knock down mode with post forming / PVC Foil membrane shuttering as per customer specification.
