Technical Specifications:

Frame:The frame are of Heavy Duty construction from plates and consists of two housing between which is placed the distribution gears to the rolls shafts. The gears are hardened running in oil bath.
Drive:All bottom rolls are driven, all top rolls are idle.
Adjustment :The top rolls are adjustable in vertical direction. The adjustment is by means of hand wheels.
Bearings:Machines are fitted with antifriction ( Taper Roller ) bearings, Roller bearings and Ball Bearings.
Rolls:The machines consist of eight rolls. Separate rolls are required for each type of Section.
Warranty :All our machines have a warranty of six months against manufacturing defects.
